FUNDS COLLECTED ARE NOW ALREADY IN USE IN THE FOLLOWING 3 PROJECTS:
1. BUILDING OF NEW TOILETS -Target is to build 25 new toilets. 10 toilets have already been completed.
2. BUILDING OF HANDPUMPS - Target is to build 59 handpumps- 15 have already been installed, and are now being used.
3. NON-PLASTIC REUSABLE WATER BOTTLES FOR ALL THE WORKERS - 2000 bottles have been bought, and will soon be distributed.

I’m super excited about the first Jalinga Tea Run. For me the two motivators are one, it takes me back to beautiful tea growing regions in the world, Assam and secondly it allows me to do something for the wonderful community that go onto make your favourite cup of tea.
